Should you prefer to send a check to pay your Alliance Florida Realty Membership Fee, please make your check payable to Alliance Florida Realty and US Mail your payment to: 18495 South Dixie Hwy. #261 Miami, FL 33157. Please include along with your check payment your Full Name and Email. Please note that your license will not be activated or transferred until your check has been received and the funds have cleared. Email notification will be sent to you once your license is active with our brokerage.

If you paid with a check, you will receive an email notice to renew your membership fee within 30 days prior to your yearly due date. You may then US Mail your payment or subscribe online on this page using a credit card. You may also upgrade or downgrade your annual subscription plan at this time.

Should you decide to to leave our brokerage for some reason, remember to cancel your corresponding annual recurring membership fee via PayPal so you don't continue to be charged. You may cancel by clicking on the yellow Unsubscribe button above or you may login into an active PayPal account to perform this task. Your real estate license status with DBPR will change from Active to Inactive shortly after. We don't recommend that you cancel your automatic annual recurring fee unless you have left our brokerage.
